In the mission statement, and on the page What Are Riddled Phantasms? we told you that cutting off the this and the that, eliminating the rhapsodical verses of trying to be all things to all people and get involved in genre naming bogus hype we provided a simple modality:
SEX – PEACE – ROCK & ROLL
And so on that premise the Peace component is one that aims to shed light on Causes, Foundations, Charities, Grants, Special Events, Philanthropy and all other ways and means to try and put some humanity back into the world consciousness even if only by reporting and writing.
It is our goal to make this section dedicated to trying to provide content that is socially, morally and relevant. We have no magic bullet nor do we expect that our words will end world strife, but if only for a few minutes or even more one person takes the time to read the items we highlight and perhaps makes a call, writes and email, sends a check, helping those in need then we have accomplished more than we could ever ask for.
We are no way affiliated or have ties to any of the groups, causes, foundation and the like that we cover unless so noted on the article and we most certainly do not accept money, donations or the like for ourselves under this section.
Please when you visit our site, come and check out this section and if something new is up, take a couple of minutes to read and see if you or someone you know can help or be helped by the cause that is highlighted in that article. You really have no idea how much better the world would be if all of us, including us at Riddled Phantasms Magazine, took an extra minute or 5 or 10 or whatever to get out of our own way and help those in need.
